Post half-marathon this week, so I'm forcing myself to take a bit of a much needed break. Hoping to squeeze in a hike somewhere over the long weekend too!

Wednesday ~ Yoga 60 minutes, easy
Thursday ~ Run 30 minutes, easy
Friday ~ Cycle 60 minutes, hills
Saturday ~ Run 60 minutes, pace
Sunday ~ Cycle 4-5 hours, easy
